SuperSlow is a great way to get strong and fit. Excellent one-to-one training in a very nice facility. I have replaced running and fitness trails (too many injuries) with SuperSlow. It is a much safer way to train with better results and benefits compared to running or cross training. I highly recommend this method of excerise.

A SuperSlow workout is something I never considered ...Until I tried it! In just 20 minutes a week, I started noticing a marked improvement in my muscle density. I couldn't believe how sore my muscles got from working so slowly for such a short period of time.
It's a great workout for anybody. I love how every muscle group is targeted and worked to exhaustion. It's quite intense. You REALLY have to try it to believe the results.
