This is not the best florist in Northville- it just the only one! I ordered a boutineer over the phone for 25.00 dollars and had to pay for it with my credit card. I asked for a Saturday pick up after 11:00 and if you look above at the hours they are open until 5:00 but apparently they closed at 1:00 that day. The time was scratched off on the door and a new paper sign was posted with new hours. This would have been nice to know so I could have gotten my order. I called But no one answered. I called Donna and Larry's and they were kind enough to make us one that we could pick up in 20 minutes-And come to find out we were the third person that day to call with the same problem from Uniquely Yours. The boutineer was beautiful- same design and it was only 8.00 dollars. Thank you Donna and Larry's!! As for uniquely Yours I expect a full refund. I would rate this 0 stars but I had to choose at least 1 star.
