let me help here; the words this parent needs to say is that a man came to help you and was beatenRead More by a bunch of thugs with no moral compassion, ethical belief system or legal mind set. our culture needs to change and we need to stop the idiots of Detroit for their bad behavior
MoJo April 17, 2014 at 08:02 am
I agree, Gregg...but idiocy isn't confined to Detroit. There are idiots like this all over theRead More world, of every color. They look for an excuse to incite violence, and any excuse will do. When your upbringing is morally bankrupt and the only way you've ever seen problems addressed and power expressed is through violence, that's what you do. And the mother of this boy doesn't seem to grasp that a ten-year-old is old enough to learn the consequences of his actions. At this point, he should have already written a card to Mr. Utash's family apologizing for his actions (which, all by themselves, could have caused Mr. Utash injury), and his parents should have already thought of some way for him to try to make amends. That's called responsible parenting, but it seems to often be in short supply these days.
Julie Lattimore April 17, 2014 at 08:15 am
Those parents should NEVER have let their son venture out alone in that neighborhood filled withRead More gangsters, thugs and hoodlums, unless they want their son to turn into one, be victimized or dead. Frankly in that neighborhood, it is clearly child abuse to even let your child out of your sight for a minute. That mother should take her boy to the hospital and show him the damage he caused to Steve Utash, by carelessly walking in the street. Next, she should take him to the prison to observe all the violent thugs who tried to beat his hero to death, because he was white. After that, she should take him to meet the other true hero, the courageous, gun-toting nurse. These parents wanted their 10 year old to see the world on his own... show him the real world, the creed many of his fellow race live by. Then maybe, just maybe, he'll do good in the world instead of evil.

This little boy is very clever to have figured out how to crawl inside the machine. He deservesRead More more attentive parents. I hope they are court ordered to parenting classes. For what it's worth, approximately 30 years ago, I saw a toddler swathed in diapers wander out the front door of his home. The door was wide open. He started walking down the street. I parked my car and gently held him in my arms, looking for a family member to appear. No such luck. The toddler was nonverbal and unafraid. So we walked to the police station across the street. The cops on duty immediately recognized him & thought it was funny. The toddler was a known wanderer and the cops assured me he had a loving family. REALLY? They took him back home and did not write an incident report. It disturbed me then and now that the parents and police were so nonchalant. Child neglect is amusing to some people. I am not one of them.

strange how we respond just as the terrorists desire us to. the media commemorates each incident asRead More if it were a new profit center to mine for every last click. whole populations now sit in fear of another 'something' about to happen, never again, fully safe like we were in the good old days of the cold war? once these bstrds hit us deep inside our own turf we have not become stronger, but rather 'hardened', emboldened in our delusions of ultimate superiority, no longer safe on our 'island of north america'. each of these events changes us all even imperceptably, forcing us to accept their motives, their ideals, their imam imposed concept of living. we act in unison, determined to show them we are not affected, yet that very demonstration reveals our inner need to respond, to re-affirm our own injury, each of those crowd-felt sympathies we all cling to, even if for the brief moment of our 'crowd'. be strong, and further, be alert, be conspicuous in manner in which you care for each other. shy not away from those who seek your death, but do not embrace them, as they fein no challenge to seek close to your demise.

Here's the story I posted this morning and was censored by PATCH Pistol Turned to ‘SubmachineRead More Gun’ By Clueless Media April 15, 2014 | Filed under Constitutional Issues, corruption,Culture,Culture Of Corruption,Democrats,Dumb Criminals,Gun control,Liberals,Media | Posted by Warner Todd Huston Once again we get proof of how mindless and clueless the media is, how they don’t fact check, but just mindlessly pass on each other’s bad work ad infinitum. This time it happened with a story about a criminal who used a .22 caliber pistol in a crime but one clueless reporter turned it into a “submachine gun” and hundreds of his mindless colleagues followed suit passing the lie on and on and on. Clueless reporter Darryl Holliday of DNAinfo Chicago, a website that caters to local news, reported on an incident that was perpetrated by a man from West Garfield Park who began wielding a .22 caliber pistol in a grocery store because he didn’t want to pay the 22 cents tax on a bottle of pop he was trying to buy. Holliday “reported” that the crook “pulled an Intratec submachine gun out of a Gucci satchel,” and in the next paragraph again claimed the piece was a “submachine gun” saying, “Officers arrived on the scene shortly after to find Shelton’s Gucci bag open on the counter as well as 15 bullets in the blue steel .22-caliber submachine gun–eight live rounds in one magazine, five in another and one in the chamber, according to court documents.” Of course, it is clear that reporter Holliday doesn’t have any idea what he’s rambling on about. The .22 caliber Intratec pistol is not a “submachine gun. It is a semi-automatic pistol like every other semi-auto pistol. A submachine gun is an automatic rifle that uses pistol cartridges instead of larger ones such as rifle or armor piercing cartridges. A one-hand-held version of this weapon is called a “machine pistol,” but it is also fully automatic. The Intratec pistol used in this crime is not a fully automatic weapon, however. It is semi-auto-meaning it fires only once when the trigger is pulled. It does not expel a stream of bullets like a fully automatic weapon does. Yet, as soon as this story went live on April 13, dozens of other so-called news outlets took up the claim that this dolt used a “submachine gun” in his crime. All one need do is put “Nahshon Shelton submachine gun” in any search engine and dozens of so-called news stories will be revealed saying that the criminal used a “submachine gun.” It all just shows that whenever you see a report on guns in the Old Media establishment, you should not trust it. They don’t even know the proper definitions of firearms terms and from there all their “facts” are suspect.
The ACLU of Michigan has entered the legal fray surrounding gay marriage in Michigan, filing a lawsuit to require the state to recognize about 300 same-sex marriages performed last month during the 24-hour period gay marriage was legal in the state.
Taxpayers of Troy April 16, 2014 at 06:14 pm
Oh, and Tara, you're equivalence between same-sex marriage and polygamy is a bust too. Wanna knowRead More the difference? Easy, in one word: HARM. You homophones are so insistent that gay marriage is somehow, someway gonna harm you and your marriage. That was the crux of the case DeBoer case. And you know what happened when that garbage was run up the 'ol flag pole? It got smacked down. HARD. Because no matter how much you whine, you've got no clue. You point to some magical, imagined "harm" and scream like your hair is on fire. As for polygamy, I'm sure in your infinite "education" that you know all about the Canadian lawsuit over section 293 of the Criminal Code of Canada, which bans polygamy. In upholding the ban, the judge explained that polygamy causes harm to the women and children involved. The Judge reasoned that "women in polygamous relationships are at an elevated risk of physical and psychological harm. They face higher rates of domestic violence and abuse, including sexual abuse." So polygamy can be banned because it harms women and children. So another of your vaunted reasons to hate gay people hits the ground like a turd dropped from a 747. Care to try again or you gonna stfu?
McGurk April 16, 2014 at 06:15 pm

Daffy Noodnicks April 16, 2014 at 06:51 pm
Dale: support for gay marriage is not confined to "the left". Your off topic selfRead More promotion is loaded with refutations that you ignore.
