Holiday lights can brighten up a neighborhood, but they can also ratchet up quite an energy bill. Lee Halliwell, who works at Northville's Home Depot as a master electrical designer, has four big tips that he says will significantly shave down your light bill not only during the holidays but year-round. "If you follow these tips, you'll notice a big drop in your monthly bill." Halliwell said. "I'm talking about hundreds, even thousands of dollars a year." Halliwell's tips: 1.
