There's a variety of bars, taverns and pubs in Northville to appeal to St. Patrick's Day patrons. Based on our Readers' Choice poll, Poole's Tavern is a favorite in Northville. According to its website, "this location has been a tavern since the early 1900’s when it was the Thomas Tavern. There have been several ownership changes through the decades. It has operated as Joe’s Bar, Getzie’s Pub, and finally in 1997 it became Poole’s Tavern. Under the stewardship of the Poole family, the tavern was extensively renovated and the result is the updated, fun atmosphere present today."
