Start your holiday shopping at locally owned stores during Small Business Saturday.

Small Business Saturday is on Nov. 24 this year, two days after Thanksgiving. It is a day for everyone to support the small businesses that their community thrives on. American Express founded the day in 2010 to help small businesses get exposure during the holiday season, when they might be otherwise overlooked. With retailers buzzing around the holidays, it is important to support local small businesses that rely on their neighbors in order to continue prospering and building the local economy in Northville. Northville's Downtown Development Authority encourages everyone to shop small this Saturday and throughout the holiday season. Michigan Rehabilitation Specialists Opens in Northville

The office shares a space with Running Fit.

Michigan Rehabilitation Specialists (MRS), a leader in physical therapy and rehabilitation services in Southeast Michigan,has opened its newest office on 17783 Haggerty Road in Northville. The facility is located in the Northville Village Shopping Center on the corner of Six Mile and Haggerty and opened on Nov. 7. The new MRS location shares space with Running Fit, Michigan’s Premier Running Store. MRS will maintain 4,000 square feet of the 10,000 square foot store. The Northville location is the 11th MRS facility to open since it was founded in 1999. MRS prides itself on providing excellent physical therapy services and is well known for the one-on-one relationships that its therapists develop with their patients. The Northville office …
