In 2011, Sloan founded Three Little Birds All Natural Baked Goods. Her products are sold at Healthy Jones, Joe's Produce Gourmet Market, Holiday Market Royal Oak, Better Health Novi, The Produce Station and Morgan & York in Ann Arbor.
In the summer of 2012, she developed a signature flavor of her all natural granola for the Grand Hotel.
Sloan holds a degree from Schoolcraft College in the Culinary Arts and Madonna University in Journalism and Public Relations. Sloan is a certified Dale Carnegie instructor, who also operates 235 Consulting, a business consulting firm geared towards helping small businesses and start-ups find their voice and tell their story.
